January is tea season in our house as it cozies up the grey season Seattle is known for. And this warm tea cocktail is our go-to at 4:30pm. It deliciously bridges the gap between tea time and happy hour. Cheers friends and here’s to something warm.
Orasella’s Zing Tea
Serves 1
2 droppers cardamom bitters
.5oz honey
1.5oz spiced rum
Top with black tea (like Stash English Breakfast)
Place all ingredients in a mug. Stir well, garnish with orange slices and Orasella cherries.
