Lavendar Spritz
1 strong dash lavender bitters
.5 oz honey simple syrup (1 part honey to 1 part water)
1 bar spoon Orasella cherry syrup (what’s left in the jar after you use your Orasella cherries)
1 oz gin
chilled champagne to top
Garnish with lemon twist and an Orasella cherry
