This low alcohol twist on a classic gin and tonic couldn’t be easier. It’s just four ingredients and some garnishes. This cocktail will invite you in with a bitter tart front and a fruity finish that’s incredibly refreshing.

1.5oz Amaro Nonino
1.5oz Campari
.5oz Orasella cherry syrup (what’s left in the jar after you use your Orasella cherries)
2/3oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Citrus Tonic (plain tonic will also work in a pinch)
Garnish
6 juniper berries
3 lime wedges
2 Orasella cherries
1 orange peel
In a Collins glass, combine Amaro Nonino, Campari, and cherry syrup. Add ice to the top of your glass and slowly pour in your tonic so layers form.
Next, thoroughly squeeze 3 limes wedge into your cocktail. Add juniper berries and an orange peel. Top with Orasella cherries and a lime wedge.
