It’s January and Seattle is preparing for snow. Not as common an occurrence as you’d think in a city this far north. We’re costal, the weather’s mild, and when snow is in the forecast, everyone heads to the store, stocks up and braces for a few days indoors as the city’s few snowplows make slow progress on Seattle’s steep hills.
This recipe, developed by our dear friend, @therealladybartender, is perfect for a week waiting in anticipation of colder weather. So, sit yourself in a comfy chair, grab a good book and warm up with this quintessential cold weather drink. Enjoy!
