I’ve known our friend and bartender, Damon, for many years and he’s never one to follow the rules. You’ll never see him make a riff on any classic cocktail because all his cocktails are totally unique. Sometimes, he’ll even throw an oddball ingredient into a recipe and I’ll think, “really”? But, I’ve learned to trust him because his cocktails always comes together beautifully.
Damon’s cocktails tend to be more involved, but, the results are worth it. If you enjoy beer and are also a cocktail fan, you’ll be glad you made this. Cheers!
